What is the Mothercentric™ Continuum?
The Mothercentric™️ Continuum meets once a month for 6 months in the spirit of shifting the motherhood paradigm to a more Mothercentric™ focus, as taught by the Mothercentric™ Approach.
The Mothercentric™ Continuum includes:

consultation with Jessica and Rebecca

practice in IFS skills
-
instruction for working with the Mom Parts Method
-
community building with other folks interested in reproductive mental health
-
support in holding Mothercentric™ space for mothers
-
holding and processing YOUR parts
...and the opportunity to be the first to enroll in upcoming Mothercentric™ Approach Certification*
*A Mothercentric™ Approach Certification is in development. Participation in the Continuum will count towards hours earned for certification.
